We recommend staying at the Conference Hotel to get most out of the Conference.  Many networking opportunities are happening on the hallways and hotel bars!

A special conference rate is $239 per night (excluding taxes and fees).  Please make a reservation here. The negotiated rate is available through Monday, March 15th  2021, or until all rooms are reserved within the block, whichever comes first.

Driving directions

Follow the signs to Washington D.C. (George Washington Parkway). Take the I-395/Route 1 north exit (which is the 14th St. bridge). Stay to the right and exit onto 12th St. Follow 12th St. to New York Ave and turn right. Turn right off of New York Ave onto 9th St. *** From the North: Take i-95 S to I-295 S. Towards 50 West, will turn into New York Avenue. Continue on New York Avenue and make a left onto 9th Street NW. The hotel is 2 blocks down on your left.

Driving directions

Follow the signs to Dulles Airport Access Rd. Merge onto VA-267 E which becomes I-66 E. Take I-66 E to the Roosevelt Bridge, stay in the middle lane. Take the Constitution Ave exit off of the Roosevelt Bridge. Follow Constitution Ave until 12th Street and turn left. Continue on 12th Street and make a right turn on New York Ave. Proceed on New York Ave for two blocks and make a right turn on 9th Street. The hotel is on your immediate left

Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway South (MD 295) to US50 west (New York Ave.). Take New York Ave. at 5th St. Stay to the right and the street will become L St. Turn onto 9th St. The hotel is on the left. *** From I-95 S to I-295 S. Towards 50 West, will turn into New York Avenue. Continue on New York Avenue and make a left onto 9th Street NW. The hotel is 2 blocks down on your left.

The Business Center is located inside the Hotel and open 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day. Hours may be subject to change due to COVID-19.


Parking at the Hotel

  • Self Parking is approximately $35.00 per day per car overnight, including in and out privileges.
  • There is an hourly visitor rate if you are not an overnight guest of the hotel.
  • Electric car charging stations: 2, for a fee $35.00 per stay
  • Due to COVID-19, the Hotel does not offer valet parking at this time however this service is subject to change.
  • Please call the Hotel ahead of your arrival if you have oversized vehicle. Oversized vehicle are unable to be accommodated on-site and will be referred to nearby surface parking lots subject to an hourly rate.

General Transportation

The Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel does not offer shuttle service at this time,  however the hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from the Gallery Place- Chinatown (Green, Yellow & Red) Subway Lines accessible by 9th street underneath the National Portrait Gallery; and the Greyhound bus station is  located near Union Station (20 minute walk to the hotel).
