Laura is a partner at Frankly, Green + Webb, a consultancy providing digital and mobile strategy, research and experience design to the cultural sector. With 25 years in the cultural sector, Laura specializes in working with organizations to develop and improve digital services. With extensive business experience, Laura helps teams shift what they do by changing how they do it. Adept at interpreting and communicating complex insights and data, she gets to the heart of the information to support great decision-making and inspire action. Laura’s work as a researcher and consultant is grounded in her experience designing, implementing and managing museum projects. She has hands-on experience across the project lifecycle from initial research and needs assessment through formative research, development, testing, deployment and summative evaluation. Laura, has worked with dozens of cultural institutions including the Smithsonian, the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, SFMOMA, Natural History Museum Alcatraz. She has served on the board of MCN and regularly speaks and writes on digital research and practice.
